The Curse of Chumstick Mountain! The Gift that Keeps on Giving!

Log Entry #6
We loaded up and got under way by 8:00am. Day 8 will be a recovery day and we hope to have smooth sailing today.
Fire up the boxer twins and head back towards Entiat when the flashing lights are back.
Low pressure warning indicator shows 33 pounds air pressure in the rear tire.
Looks like another plug will be required. Same program as yesterday but this time I use the old "Double plug in a single hole trick"!
I have never used this method and have only seen it done on the "Interweb". Only option we have.
Field plug repair in record time we only loose an 45 minutes. Aired up a rolling down the highway, checking the air pressure every few minutes.
With air pressure stable we focus on our ride!
Entiat to Chelan - Chelan to Okanogan. Pressure stable and ride successful!
Another long day but we are polishing our field tire repair skills!
Tomorrow we finish the WABDR!
Back at it after a rocky start!
We going in the right direction?
The machine says go this way!
Washington is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. This is a primitive camp site that we found on a map check break!
Air pressure good. Keep on Truckin!
If you look closely you'll see that I made contact with an errant tree! Box bent but still works!
At least I didn't hit these rocks!
